We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returnable Items

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:

Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.

Items received in the incorrect size/color.

Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 30 days of receiving.

Contact our Service Center as soon as possible if you come across any of the above situations.

If for any reason you decide you no longer want the item. You can report it to us within 30 days of receiving it for a partial refund of the item cost.

All shipping fees are Ezzpools expense if the issue was caused by Ezzpools, or the customer need to pay for the cost. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

We will not accept returns to the following conditions:

  1. Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame.
  2. Washed, worn, used, or misused items.
  3. Promotional products

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Note: All returns must be authorized by the Ezzpools Team via the service Center. Returned item without a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) will not be accepted.

Return Process

If your item has an issue or you’ve received the wrong item, please email our service center, and carefully follow our return process to minimize any delay.

  1. Describe the problem with your item in detail: including your order number, order date, product name.
  2. Tell us what steps you have already taken to resolve the issue.
  3. Send a clear photo or video showing the issue(s); these should be taken under good lighting.
  4. Fulfil the Return Merchandise Form of the returned items.

  6. You will get the refund within 7 business days.


Photos/videos should ideally be clear and focused, taken under good lighting conditions, and from a close to medium distance. This allows us to identify and verify the issue(s). We will always do our very best to help you. Thank you in advance for providing all the information stated above.

Return Shipping Cost

All shipping fees are Ezzpools expense if the issue was caused by Ezzpools, or the customer need to pay for the cost. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product

In the event ships for free, customer will be informed of the return shipment cost (estimates may be given based on our own costs in shipping to customers)
